The PWD & Cultural Minority Tracker is a comprehensive system designed to track, manage, and support students with disabilities (PWD) and students from cultural minority groups at Oriental Mindoro State College. It helps ensure appropriate support services and monitors student distribution across campuses.
The system has three user roles:
Yes! We take data security seriously. All information is encrypted, access is role-based, and we maintain complete audit logs. Your sensitive information about disabilities and cultural background is handled with strict confidentiality. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Try these steps:
Staff members must register and wait for admin approval. After registering with a staff account, an administrator will review your request and activate your account. You'll receive an email notification once approved. Contact your department head if you need urgent access.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password. The reset link expires in 1 hour for security.
Go to your dashboard, click "Update Location" or "My Location". You can either: (1) Allow GPS to automatically detect your location, or (2) Manually pin your location on the map. Staff will verify your location before it's finalized.
Depending on your classification:
Navigate to "Assistance" or "Assistance History" in your dashboard. You'll see all programs you're eligible for based on your classification, as well as assistance you've already received. Contact the student affairs office for more information about specific programs.
The staff Pending Approvals page shows two lists:
To convert a campus registration into a student record, click "Create Student" beside the registration. This opens the staff student registration form with the user preloaded so you can complete academic details (student number, gender, birthdate, year level, program). Once saved, the student will appear in the Pending Students list for verification.
The system automatically detects mobile devices. If you're experiencing issues: Clear your mobile browser cache, update your browser to the latest version, or try the system in Chrome or Safari mobile browsers which are fully supported.
